Thanks for the kind words, and I agree completely about your addition. If you always wait for consensus before you proceed, you won't get far.

Emotional maturity in the workplace requires that once in a while, you have to live with not getting your way, and you must still be able to work loyally for whichever solution was chosen.

Disagreement is NOT bad and it's not dangerous. If you handle it constructively and positively.
