More on Happiness at Work

I recently posted about Happiness at Work.  Many thanks to Ann Bares for sending me a link to David Maister's terrific blog where he recently asked "Who's Happiest?"   He wonders whether variety is an important key to happiness.  Many of his commenters suggest that focus is equally important - there's a good discussion going that you may want to check out.

Leave a comment and let me know what you think -  Variety or Focus?
